How are searches counted?
We count searches into two different buckets:
Quota searches are searches that decrement your search quota.
Cached searchers are searches that don’t count towards your quota since we could re-use a search result from a previous search.
Searches are run when your visitors enter a query into the search bar, when we calculate related articles for an article, or when your support agents view a ticket for the first time.
